Dakota Higdon hit two home runs to carry the Seacoast Mavericks (20-20) to a 10-6 win over the Worcester Bravehearts (23-17) at Leary Field.

Darian Ramage racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Worcester Bravehearts. He homered in the second innings and singled in the fifth inning.

Michael Nocera improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Seacoast Mavericks. Nocera struck out none, walked one and gave up two hits.

Joe Saia ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just three innings, walked none, struck out two, and allowed two runs.
