It took 11 innings, but the Bellevue (26-21) managed to put away the Clark (31-14) 8-7 on Thursday at David Story Field.
With the score tied at seven, Aaron Stroosma came to the plate and singled, scoring Brady Kerr.
Nick Pribble led the Bellevue's offensive threat, as he got on base four times in the game. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He homered in the third inning and singled in the seventh inning.
Tyson Schmitt put together a nice outing. The Clark managed just one hit off of Schmitt, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out one during his 3 2/3 innings of work.
Colton Krueger was effective even in defeat, mowing down six the Bellevue batters and allowing one run.
Cody Culp recorded his second win of the year for the Bellevue. Culp struck out two, walked one and gave up three hits.
Krueger (7-2) was the game's losing pitcher.
