A two-run single by Teauna Hughes helped the Mt. Hood score two runs in the seventh. The Mt. Hood had five hits in the inning.
SheaLee Lindsey was hot from the plate for the Mt. Hood. Lindsey went 3-5 and scored two runs. He singled in the first and third innings and doubled in the seventh inning.
Kristen Crawford picked up the win for the Mt. Hood. Crawford pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, five hits and no walks while striking out four.
Jamie Moe (11-16) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed seven runs in seven innings, walked three and struck out five.
