Jeremie Arseneau went 2-3, helping the New Brunswick (1-1) to a 5-2 victory over the Prince Edward Island (1-1) on Thursday at Leakos Field.

Blake Flinn racked up eight strikeouts in the the New Brunswick win. Flinn allowed no earned runs, four hits and no walks over six innings.

Darcy Affleck (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just four innings, walked one, struck out five, and allowed five runs.
