The SW Oregon (28-15) blew out the Lower Columbia (20-16) 9-1 on Sunday at Southwestern Oregon Baseball Fi after pouring on nine runs in the fifth inning.

Christine McCready had two extra-base hits for the SW Oregon. He doubled in the second inning and homered in the fifth inning.

Jessica Myers improved to 17-10 on the year by picking up the win for the SW Oregon. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Sonny Dorhofer couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Lower Columbia, taking a loss. He allowed eight runs in two-thirds of an inning, walked one and struck out none.

The SW Oregon were sparked by Jorden Gerlach and McCready, who teamed up for five hits and two RBIs.
