The Pierce (18-15) and the Grays Harbor (6-18) both threatened with rallies, but it was the Pierce that eventually took advantage of them in a 6-4 win at Heritage Recreation Center.

Maddy Smith racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Pierce. He doubled in the third inning and singled in the fifth inning.

Amanda Anderson did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Grays Harbor, reaching base three times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the third inning.

Karlee Rose Perry improved to 10-5 on the year by picking up the win for the Pierce. He allowed four runs over seven innings. He struck out nine, walked two and surrendered eight hits.

Jenny Benn was charged with his ninth loss of the year. He allowed six runs in six innings, walked three and struck out two.
