Iris Rodriguez went 2-3, helping the Wenatchee Valley (23-6) to a 6-4 victory over the Spokane (22-12) on Friday at Art Wright - Kent.

Shawnee Zink racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Spokane. He doubled in the second inning and singled in the fifth inning.

Liz Crookes improved to 11-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Wenatchee Valley. He allowed three runs over five innings. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered eight hits.

Haylie Van Laethem couldn't get it done on the mound for the Spokane, taking a loss. He lasted just 3 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
