A five-run seventh inning sealed a 7-1 win for the Yakima Valley (13-11) over the Everett on Saturday at Skagit Valley.

Josee Saldua racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Yakima Valley. He singled in the sixth inning and homered in the seventh inning.

Kayla Reynolds racked up nine strikeouts in the the Yakima Valley win. Reynolds allowed no earned runs, seven hits and no walks over seven innings.

Jesse Printz (1-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just six innings, walked none, struck out two, and allowed two runs.
