The Olympic outdone by Haase and the Grays Harbor, 4-0

Jake Haase went 2-4, sparking the Grays Harbor (2-20) to a 4-0 victory in eight innings over the Olympic (5-22) on Wednesday at RAC (Lacey).

He singled in the seventh and eighth innings.

Derik Rubin had an impressive outing against the Olympic's lineup. Rubin held the Olympic hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.

Jake Weiss held the Grays Harbor scoreless for seven innings. Weiss allowed three hits, one walk and struck out three.

Nathan Griffith got the win, running his season record to 2-2. Griffith struck out one, walked none and gave up no hits.

Chris Uzzell ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked two, struck out none, and allowed four runs.
