Mike Odenwaelder collected three hits as the Torrington Titans (17-14) took home a 3-2 victory over the Worcester Bravehearts (19-11) at Fuessenich Park on Friday.

The Worcester Bravehearts' lineup had no answer for David Gerics. The Worcester Bravehearts managed just one hit off of the the Torrington Titans' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his three innings of work.

Tyrone Miller was effective even in defeat, mowing down seven the Torrington Titans batters and allowing one run.

Willy Yahn got the win, running his season record to 1-0. He struck out three, walked none and surrendered one hit.

Sean Gustin ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
