Colton Krueger kept the Mt. Hood (6-14) off the board during his seven innings of work and the Clark (15-7) beat the Mt. Hood, 3-0.
Krueger allowed six hits, no walks and struck out five.
Kyle Vanderkin put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Clark. He doubled in the first and fifth innings and singled in the third and seventh innings.
Clint Burris couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Mt. Hood, taking a loss. He lasted just seven innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
