The Clackamas (6-18) and the Chemeketa (15-17) each put runners in scoring position on Monday, but the Clackamas capitalized on more RBI opportunities, pulling out a 7-5 win at Chemeketa.

Hank Elliott reached base three times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the ninth inning.

Even though Mike Kelly allowed five runs over nine innings he still recorded the victory, his first of the season. He struck out five, walked three and surrendered 11 hits.

Brady Williams (4-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed five runs.
