The Anchorage Glacier Pilots (13-8) jumped out to an early lead, but were unable to hold on and lost 4-3 to the Matsu Miners (14-7) on Tuesday.

While the Anchorage Glacier Pilots led until the seventh inning, the Matsu Miners worked their way back and took the lead on an RBI double by Terence Connelly.

Paul Panaccione got a hit in each of his three at bats. He singled in the first, third, and sixth innings.

Isaiah Terrazas brought the heat against the Anchorage Glacier Pilots during his outing. Terrazas held the Anchorage Glacier Pilots hitless over 3 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three.

Nikko Saenz racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Anchorage Glacier Pilots. He homered in the second inning.

Vince Arobio got the win, running his season record to 1-0. He struck out none, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Cameron Pongs (4-1) took the loss for the Anchorage Glacier Pilots. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked one, struck out one, and allowed one run.
