Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Monday as the Matsu Miners (9-4) outscored the Oceanside Waves 11-8.

The teams totaled 23 hits in the game.

Matt Decker racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Matsu Miners. He homered in the first inning, singled in the second inning, and doubled in the third inning.

Josh Morris recorded his first win of the year for the Matsu Miners. He allowed three runs over five innings. He struck out two, walked three and surrendered five hits.

Darian Nunn ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. He allowed seven runs in 1 1/3 innings, walked four and struck out two.
