The Anchorage Bucs (8-3) continued to pile up the runs on Wednesday, scoring five runs in the last three innings, on the way to a 13-0 landslide win over the Lake Erie Monarchs at Mulcahy Field.

The Lake Erie Monarchs couldn't get anything going as long as Brandon Diaz was pitching. Diaz held the Lake Erie Monarchs hitless over four innings, allowed no earned runs, walked six and struck out six.

Johnny Meszaros got the win, running his season record to 1-0. Meszaros struck out one, walked one and gave up one hit.

Evan McNair (0-1) took the loss for the Lake Erie Monarchs. He allowed eight runs in two innings, walked one and struck out one.
