Jordan Tarsovich went 2-3, sparking the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox (20-15) to an 8-4 victory over the Chatham Anglers (14-20) on Wednesday at Red Wilson Field.

Chris Shaw got on base three times in the game for the Chatham Anglers. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the fifth inning.

Zack Burdi pitched lights out for the Chatham Anglers. The Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox managed just two hits off of Burdi, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during his two innings of work.

Cody Poteet improved to 3-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox. He allowed four runs over five innings. He struck out five, walked one and surrendered seven hits.

Kyle Davis ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in four innings, walked one and struck out four.
