The Falmouth Commodores make the most of 11 hits in 5-3 victory over the Chatham Anglers

The Falmouth Commodores (15-12) and the Chatham Anglers (12-15) both had scoring chances on Sunday, but it was the Falmouth Commodores that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 5-3 win at Veterans Field.

Cameron OBrien racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Falmouth Commodores. He homered in the second inning and singled in the third inning.

Matt Hall's seven strikeouts helped the Falmouth Commodores to the victory. The Falmouth Commodores' pitcher tossed five innings of shutout ball and allowed only seven hits.

Mitch Gunsolus went a perfect 3-3 at the plate for the Chatham Anglers. He singled in the second and fourth innings and doubled in the sixth inning.

Charlie Dant (2-1) took the loss for the Chatham Anglers. He lasted just 3 1/3 innings, walked none, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
