The Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox (0-3) built an early edge on Saturday, but the Cotuit Kettleers (1-2) roared back to steal a 2-1 victory at Lowell Park.

While the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox led until the fourth inning, the Cotuit Kettleers worked their way back and took the lead on an RBI single by Brendan Hendriks.

Blake Stevens handled the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox's lineup with ease, racking up seven strikeouts. Stevens allowed one earned run on three hits and one walk over four innings.

Sam Tewes recorded his first win of the year for the Cotuit Kettleers. Tewes struck out one, walked one and gave up two hits.

Michael Murray ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed two runs.
