The Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide (18-29) built an early edge on Friday, but the North Shore Navigators (21-27) roared back to steal a 5-3 victory at Fraser Field.

The North Shore Navigators took the lead in the fifth inning on an RBI double by Skyler Geissinger.

Joe Coyne had three extra-base hits for the North Shore Navigators. He singled in the fifth inning, tripled in the seventh inning, and doubled in the first and eighth innings.

The Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide had no answer for Matt Rodriguez, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Rodriguez held the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide hitless over three innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.

Rahiem Cooper put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide. He tripled in the third inning and doubled in the eighth inning.

Zach Kirby couldn't get it done on the bump for the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide, taking a loss. He lasted just five innings, walked six, struck out none, and allowed four runs.

The North Shore Navigators were sparked by Chad Martin and Geissinger, who teamed up for eight hits and three RBIs.
