The North Shore Navigators (18-27) and the Torrington Titans (24-21) each put runners in scoring position on Tuesday, but the North Shore Navigators capitalized on more RBI opportunities, pulling out a 6-4 win at Fuessenich Park.

It was a good day at the plate for the North Shore Navigators' Nic Lops. Lops went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the fourth inning and doubled in the sixth inning.

Joe Paparelli paced the Torrington Titans at the plate. Paparelli went 3-5, drove in one and scored one run. He doubled in the third inning and singled in the fifth and seventh innings.

Ryan McAuliffe improved to 1-5 on the year by picking up the win for the North Shore Navigators. He allowed three runs over five innings. He struck out three, walked two and surrendered eight hits.

Brett Susi (3-5) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just five innings, walked four, struck out three, and allowed four runs.
