The Brockton Rox (25-17) used a three-run explosion in the third inning to get past the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide (13-27) 11-5 on Wednesday at The Ball Park.

A three-run home run by Drew Lugbauer delivered the runs in the third. The Brockton Rox had three hits in the inning.

Lugbauer racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Brockton Rox.

Aaron Wilson reached base three times. He singled in the ninth inning.

Zach Perry got the win, running his season record to 3-0. He allowed two runs over four innings. Perry struck out one, walked five and gave up three hits.

Zach Kirby couldn't get it done on the bump for the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked three, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
