An ace performance by Mike Bonaiuto carried the Torrington Titans (19-17) to a 3-0 win in seven innings over the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide (12-24) on Thursday at Fuessenich Park.

Bonaiuto brought the heat against the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide during his outing. The Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide managed just one hit off of the the Torrington Titans' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out five during his seven innings of work.

It was a good day at the plate for the Torrington Titans' Mike Odenwaelder. Odenwaelder went 2-3, drove in one and scored one run. He doubled in the second inning and singled in the third inning.

Lincoln Sanborn (2-4) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just three innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed three runs.
