Jon Pusateri kept the Seacoast Mavericks (14-13) off the board during his six innings of work and the Brockton Rox (20-8) beat the Seacoast Mavericks, 8-2.

Pusateri allowed two hits, two walks and struck out three.

The Brockton Rox's bats came to life in the seventh inning. In the inning the Brockton Rox scored five runs. The Brockton Rox scored in the seventh on , an RBI single by Bryce Myers, , a double by Christian Campbell, and a single by Nick Johnson.

Jonathan Salcedo was hot from the plate for the Brockton Rox. Salcedo went 3-5, drove in one and scored two runs. He homered in the second inning and singled in the fifth and seventh innings.

Jordan Quinn couldn't get it done on the bump for the Seacoast Mavericks, taking a loss. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out four, and allowed two runs.
