The Nashua Silver Knights (7-8) beat the North Shore Navigators (6-12) 6-1 on Sunday at Holman Stadium behind Carson Helms, who went 2-3 and hit a home run.

The North Shore Navigators managed just three hits off of the the Nashua Silver Knights' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out four during his five innings of work.
Josh Young ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just three innings, walked five, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
