Alex Merritt had three RBIs as the Seacoast Mavericks (14-13) took home a 9-7 victory over the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide (9-18) at Leary Field on Wednesday.

Graham McIntire boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 4-4 day at the plate to pace the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide. He doubled in the second inning and singled in the third, sixth, and eighth innings.

Michael Driscoll improved to 3-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Seacoast Mavericks. Driscoll struck out one, walked none and gave up one hit.

Alex Tobey ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just two innings, walked one, struck out three, and allowed three runs.
