The Brockton Rox (4-0) continued to pile up the runs on Sunday, scoring five runs in the last three innings, en route to an easy 14-3 win over the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs (2-2) at Doyle Field.

The Brockton Rox scored four runs in the eighth on the Brockton Rox scored in the eighth on a two-run single by Brian Bauk, a solo home run by Jake Willsey, and an RBI single by Devlin Granberg.

Willsey racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Brockton Rox.

Richard Fecteau boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 3-3 day at the plate to pace the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs. He singled in the second, fourth, and sixth innings.

Simon Mathews improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Brockton Rox. He allowed one run over five innings. Mathews struck out four, walked none and gave up seven hits.

Jon Silva couldn't get it done on the bump for the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs, taking a loss. He allowed eight runs in 2 1/3 innings, walked two and struck out two.
