An exceptional effort by Clayton Gelfand carried the Healdsburg Prune Packers (27-15) to a 9-0 win over the Nevada Big Horns on Tuesday at Recreation Park.

Gelfand kept the Nevada Big Horns (8-29) off the board during his seven innings of work. Gelfand struck out six and allowed one walk and two hits.

The Healdsburg Prune Packers ran up the score, scoring runs at will until the final out. The Healdsburg Prune Packers scored three runs in the last three innings to finish off the blowout win.
