Edgar Corcino paced the Rockford Aviators at the plate. Corcino went 2-4, drove in one and scored two runs. He singled in the first inning and tripled in the eighth inning.
Tony Delmonico racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Schaumburg Boomers. He singled in the second inning and homered in the seventh inning.
Ryan Zimmerman recorded his seventh win of the year for the Rockford Aviators. He allowed two runs over seven innings. Zimmerman struck out one, walked one and gave up seven hits.
Seth Webster ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just eight innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
