The Weyburn Beavers (4-5) blew out the Melville Millionaires (4-6) 7-1 on Sunday at Tom Laing Park after pouring on seven runs in the sixth inning.

The Melville Millionaires had the lead early, but couldn't hold off the Weyburn Beavers. The Melville Millionaires were ahead until the sixth inning, but the Weyburn Beavers would not be denied the win, taking the lead back on a two-run double by Russo.
The Weyburn Beavers were led by Russo's hitting. Russo went 3-4, drove in one and scored one run.
The Weyburn Beavers relied on Hans Losada to eat up innings en route to the win. Losada pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, six hits and two walks while striking out one.
Blake Evetts ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in six innings, walked one and struck out four.
