Nick Gagner kept the Chemeketa (11-13) off the board during his seven innings of work and the Clark (18-8) beat the Chemeketa, 9-0.

Gagner allowed two hits, one walk and struck out three.

The Clark blew out the Chemeketa thanks to 11 hits, including zero extra base hits. An RBI single by Kyle Vanderkin and a three-run triple by Brayden Maney helped the Clark score four runs in the sixth. The Clark had three hits in the inning.

Maney racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Clark.

Troy Benton (1-1) took the loss for the Chemeketa. He allowed nine runs in six innings, walked two and struck out one.
