The Walla Walla (19-5) needed 10 innings on Wednesday to take down the Spokane (14-12) 7-4 at Spokane Falls Community College.

With the score tied at four, Jake Browne came to the plate and singled, scoring Jarod Gonzales.

Browne racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Walla Walla. He singled in the fourth, eighth, and tenth innings.

Despite the loss, the Spokane's Blake Andres dominated the Walla Walla's batters, giving up three runs and striking out six.

AJ Carkner recorded his fourth win of the year for the Walla Walla. He allowed one run over two innings. Carkner struck out one, walked one and gave up one hit.

Zachary Haggett ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 2 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out none, and allowed four runs.
