A six-run explosion in the second inning lifted the Everett (19-20) to a 10-0 win in eight innings over the Olympic at Everett Memorial Stadium on Sunday.
The Everett's Kyle Nobach was perfect at the dish, going 2-2. He doubled in the first and fifth innings and singled in the second and seventh innings.
Jake Thomas had an impressive outing against the Olympic (6-34)'s lineup. The Olympic managed just two hits off of the the Everett's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked four and struck out five during his five innings of work.
Dane Weiss (0-2) took the loss for the Olympic. He allowed seven runs in two innings, walked three and struck out three.
