The Treasure Valley (29-8) pounded the Walla Walla (26-9) on Wednesday 8-2 at Elks Memorial .
The Treasure Valley scored four runs in the third on an RBI double by Brady Baker, an RBI double by Colin Drury, and a two-run single by Spencer Pollock.
Baker put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Treasure Valley.
Adrian Martinez struck out six hitters en route to the the Treasure Valley win. Martinez allowed two earned runs on nine hits and one walk over seven innings.
JJ Robinson had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He homered in the fifth inning.
Jesse Houser (8-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed seven runs in five innings, walked none and struck out two.
The Treasure Valley's Baker, Jerren Larimer, Westin Hinkle and Pollock combined for eight hits and five RBIs.
