The Walla Walla (17-5) jumped out to an early lead on the Blue Mountain (5-18) and captured an 11-1 victory on Saturday at Warrior Field .

The game was decided quickly as the Walla Walla exerted their will early with five runs in the first three innings.

A two-run single by Corey Morris, an error, and an error in the first inning and an RBI single by Jesse Houser during the second inning supplied the early offense for the Walla Walla.

Jake Browne got on base four times in the game for the Walla Walla. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He singled in the third inning.

Kalani Omoto picked up the win for the Walla Walla. Omoto allowed one earned run, four hits and four walks while striking out three over eight innings of work.

Matt Dallas reached base two times. He also drove in one runner. He tripled in the fifth inning.

Kyler Knieriem (2-3) took the loss for the Blue Mountain. He lasted just four innings, walked three, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
