The Terre Haute Rex (27-18) pounded the Hannibal Cavemen (17-25) on Friday 11-5 at Bob Warn Field at Sycamore Stad.

Christian Cavaness racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Hannibal Cavemen. He singled in the third, eighth, and ninth innings.

Greg Jacknewitz improved to 4-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Terre Haute Rex. He allowed two runs over seven innings. He struck out one, walked two and surrendered seven hits.

Josh Griffith was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed eight runs in three innings, walked five and struck out two.
