Andrew Moralez kept the Chillicothe Paints (28-13) off the board during his six innings of work and the Terre Haute Rex (26-18) beat the Chillicothe Paints, 3-1.

Moralez struck out six and allowed three walks and two hits.

Zachary Welz had two extra-base hits for the Terre Haute Rex. He doubled in the fourth inning and homered in the seventh inning.

Jason Byers was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out three, and allowed two runs.
