Jessica Hotaling kept the Lower Columbia (18-13) off the board during his seven innings of work and the Chemeketa (21-16) beat the Lower Columbia, 1-0.

Hotaling struck out one and allowed two walks and three hits.

Destinee Chang reached base two times in the game for the Chemeketa. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the sixth inning.

Julia Breidt pitched six innings and allowed one earned run, six hits and two walks while striking out three.

Breidt was charged with his seventh loss of the year.
