Moises Perez had two extra base hits, sparking the Trois-Rivieres (4-1) to a 9-6 victory in seven innings over the Saskatchewan (4-3) on Sunday at Midget Municipal Stadium.

Jordon Dezotell had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He singled in the third inning and doubled in the fourth and sixth innings.

Derek Philibert improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Trois-Rivieres. He allowed one run over three innings. He struck out none, walked one and surrendered three hits.

Kade Erickson was charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in 2 2/3 innings, walked two and struck out four.

Antoine Leonard, Raphael Gladu and Perez helped lead the Trois-Rivieres. They combined for seven hits and three RBIs.
