And a three-run double by Zachary Desa helped the Ontario score four runs in the sixth. The Ontario had two hits in the inning.
The New Brunswick jumped out to an early lead, but they were unable to hang on. The New Brunswick were ahead until the fifth inning, but the Ontario would not be denied the win, taking the lead back on a two-run double by Vincent Caschera.
Garan Stevens got on base two times in the game for the Ontario. He tripled in the third inning.
Matthew Bowden picked up the win for the Ontario. Bowden pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, five hits and no walks while striking out four.
Nick Leggett couldn't get it done on the bump for the New Brunswick, taking a loss. He lasted just five innings, walked one, struck out nine, and allowed five runs.
