An impressive effort by Chris Constantino hoisted the Taos Blizzard (15-22) to a 21-13 win over the Alpine Cowboys (21-17) on Sunday at Kokernot Field.

Constantino racked up seven RBIs on four hits for the Taos Blizzard. He singled in the first and third innings and homered in the fifth and sixth innings.

Each team blasted the other's pitching, and there were 34 total runs and 34 hits during the game. Both bullpens were busy with 14 pitchers used in the game as the skippers of both squads tried to finish it off.

The Taos Blizzard turned the win into a rout with six runs in the sixth.

Logan Lotti had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He doubled in the first inning and tripled in the fourth inning.

Mike Russo improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Taos Blizzard. He allowed three runs over one inning. He struck out none, walked two and surrendered three hits.

Ty Stuckey (0-1) took the loss for the Alpine Cowboys. He lasted just zero innings, walked two, struck out none, and allowed three runs.
