The Gaithersburg Giants (8-7) beat the Youses Orioles (7-6) 4-3 in seven innings on Friday at Criswell Automotive Field behind Josh Ingham, who went 2-4.

Jesse Frawley baffled the Youses Orioles, striking out seven batters. Frawley allowed two earned runs on six hits and no walks over six innings.

The Youses Orioles were led by Sergio Leon's hitting. Leon went 2-4 and drove in one. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the seventh inning.

Nick Riley improved to 2-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Gaithersburg Giants. He allowed one run over one inning. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered one hit.

Bobby Ruse couldn't get it done on the bump for the Youses Orioles, taking a loss. He lasted just 6 2/3 innings, walked none, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
