A magnificent effort by Michael Corso led the Moose Jaw Miller Express (20-24) to an 11-6 win over the Okotoks Dawgs (28-12) on Saturday at Seaman Stadium.

Corso racked up seven RBIs on three hits for the Moose Jaw Miller Express. He homered in the first and fourth innings and singled in the fifth inning.

A bright spot for the Okotoks Dawgs in the defeat was Ben Manley, who allowed only one run while striking out five.

Jordan Procyshen racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Okotoks Dawgs. He doubled in the third inning and singled in the sixth and seventh innings.

Logan Carter recorded his fifth win for the Moose Jaw Miller Express even though he allowed five runs over six innings. He struck out seven, walked none and surrendered 10 hits.

Aaron Conyers ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He allowed eight runs in 3 2/3 innings, walked three and struck out one.
