Chris Shaw came off the bench and never even had to swing his bat as Shaw reached on a wild pitch in the seven to lead the Okotoks Dawgs (18-5) to a 9-6 win over the Regina Red Sox (11-13) on Sunday at Seaman Stadium.

Josh Myers racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Okotoks Dawgs. He tripled in the fifth inning and singled in the fourth and seventh innings.

Eric Baker was solid at the plate for the Regina Red Sox. Baker went 3-5 and scored two runs. He singled in the first, fifth, and eighth innings.

Shawn Andersen improved to 2-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Okotoks Dawgs. Andersen struck out none, walked none and gave up three hits.
