Chris Villalobos threw seven scoreless innings to lift the Okotoks Dawgs (8-2) to a 10-0 win over the Medicine Hat Mavericks (10-2) at Seaman Stadium.

The Okotoks Dawgs blew out the Medicine Hat Mavericks thanks to 11 hits, including zero extra base hits. The Okotoks Dawgs scored four runs in the first on a sacrifice fly by Sean Kettering, a two-run triple by Cade Gotta, and an RBI single by Tyler Carlson.

Zack Winchester couldn't get it done on the mound for the Medicine Hat Mavericks, taking a loss. He lasted just six innings, walked one, struck out five, and allowed five runs.

The Okotoks Dawgs were sparked by Kettering and Thomas Rodrigues, who teamed up for six hits and seven RBIs.
