The Edinburg Roadrunners fall 10-4 at the hands of the Fort Worth Cats

The Edinburg Roadrunners (3-8) didn't put up much of a fight on Saturday, as the Fort Worth Cats (8-3) cruised to a blowout 10-4 win at Edinburg Stadium.

The Fort Worth Cats scored four runs in the sixth on an RBI single by Tim Maitland, a two-run double by Shelby Ford, and an RBI single by Greg Bachman.

Ford racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Fort Worth Cats.

The Edinburg Roadrunners couldn't get anything going so long as Hector Contin was on the hill. Contin held the Edinburg Roadrunners hitless over 2 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out three.

Agustin Septimo racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Edinburg Roadrunners. He singled in the third and fifth innings.

Curtis Camilli (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed seven runs in 5 2/3 innings, walked two and struck out seven.
