Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Saturday as the St Paul Saints outscored the New Jersey Jackals (1-2) 14-9.

The two teams combined for 29 hits in the game.

Brad Boyer racked up four RBIs on four hits for the St Paul Saints. He tripled in the second inning and singled in the first, fifth, and eighth innings.

dustin klabundecb brought the heat against the New Jersey Jackals during his outing. Klabundecb held the New Jersey Jackals hitless over 1 2/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out one.

Jose Cuevas racked up six RBIs on four hits for the New Jersey Jackals. He doubled in the second inning, homered in the seventh inning, and singled in the sixth and ninth innings.

Craig Heyer was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in three innings, walked five and struck out two.
