The Richmond RiverRats blew out the Lorain County Ironmen thanks to 12 hits, including zero extra base hits. The Richmond RiverRats scored two runs in the seventh on an RBI single by Ted Williams and an RBI triple by Jason Blum.
Blum boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 3-3 day at the plate to pace the Richmond RiverRats.
Zachary LaRocca (1-3) took the loss for the Lorain County Ironmen. He allowed six runs in six innings, walked two and struck out one.
