Nick Roscetti went 3-3 at the plate as the Quincy Gems (15-6) took home a 6-3 victory over the Terre Haute Rex (14-9) in seven innings at Quincy Stadium on Tuesday.

Brian Wolfe racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Terre Haute Rex. He homered in the third inning.

The Quincy Gems had no answer for Trevor Haas, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Quincy Gems managed just one hit off of Haas, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out none during his 2 2/3 innings of work.

Aaron Michel recorded his second win of the year for the Quincy Gems. He allowed three runs over six innings. He struck out three, walked none and surrendered seven hits.

John Patterson was charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed six runs in 2 1/3 innings, walked one and struck out one.
