It was a tight game until the Wisconsin Woodchucks (3-2) scored five late runs for the 14-7 victory over the Eau Claire Express (1-4) on Sunday at Carson Park.

The game was back-and-forth heading into the fourth, with six lead changes.

Tyler Steib had two extra-base hits for the Wisconsin Woodchucks. He doubled in the second and sixth innings and singled in the fourth and eighth innings.

Anthony Dixon recorded his first win for the Wisconsin Woodchucks even though he allowed seven runs over five innings. Dixon struck out one, walked three and gave up nine hits.

Alec Crawford (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed eight runs in four innings, walked one and struck out five.

Jimmy Correnti, Matt Tellor and Steib helped lead the Wisconsin Woodchucks. They combined for nine hits and seven RBIs.
