Tyler Pogmore kept the Brockton Rox (19-20) off the board during his five innings of work and the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide (21-22) beat the Brockton Rox, 7-6.

Pogmore allowed two hits, no walks and struck out six.

Brian Doran led the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide's offensive threat, as he got on base three times in the game. He tripled in the sixth inning and singled in the seventh inning.

Drew Cataldo was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed one run.
